BOI is DOA...again

The legal drama surrounding the Corporate Transparency Act and Beneficial Ownership Information reporting is worthy of a John Grisham novel. BOI reporting is required, then it's not, then it is, then it isn't, AGAIN. It's impossible to keep up with the flip-flopping of the Fifth Circuit court; forget trying to guess what the final outcome will be.

If you haven't filed a BOI report with FinCEN yet, it looks like you're off the hook: BOI reporting is voluntary again. Will that change? If so, when? Who knows! If I had the answer, I wouldn't be writing this blog - I would be buying a winning lottery ticket.
